Last night, my family and I visited the Carousel of Lights in Downtown Sebring, and we were lucky enough to experience one of the snowy nights! My one-year-old had an absolute blast. She sang and danced along with the puppets, who were singing Christmas songs and had fun naming the colors of the Christmas lights. She also enjoyed fishing and playing on the artistic concrete sculptures. She eagerly asked to see Santa, but when we brought her up close, I think she was slightly startled by how he moved and talked like us! From a distance, though, she loved watching him. Our visit was a memorable and joyful experience, an event we look forward to every year. The Spiegel family does a fantastic job organizing this event each holiday season—it never gets old, and both the kids and adults have a blast!
