Dash & Dye Easter Festival and 5K
Festival participants will enjoy face painting, games, inflatables, entertainment and most of all an Easter Egg hunt complete with 10,000 + eggs!! The Easter Bunny generally makes an appearance or two. With the 5k, participants will run a course through Sun 'n Lake, but before they start their race they will have a chance to get 'dyed' with a cornstarch colored powder. There will be two easter egg hunts: 2-5 year olds' egg hunt starts at 1:00 pm, 6-12 year olds' egg hunt starts at 2:00 pm. Admission is FREE, however, there will be a raffle.
Events planned include the easter egg hunt, food, music, clowns, bounce house, snow cones, station tours, and truck tours.
This will also be an open house where the community will be able to tour the fire station as well as the different fire apparatus.
