~~~~~ Grand Opening Weekend ~~~~~

The new dog kennels are ready but we still need funds to complete the building.

Come out and support the Humane Society in this fun weekend.

Our “Stray Catchers” will pick up strays(people) & bring them to the shelter until they can raise

their adoption fee (a minimum of $100). For$25,you can surrender someone as a“stray”.If that person can present their adoption fee to the “Stray Catchers”, they can avoid being taken to the kennels (pledge sheets provided).We take care of our strays (snacks provided), so surrender& adopt your family, friends,& co-workers! (contact Humane Society for paperwork/fee).

We will have family-friendly activities on the Humane Society grounds (bounce house, play

area,raffle, music, food, & more). Fair-type games in the new kennels with prizes for the smaller kids($5 wrist bands for unlimited play) and Scavenger Hunts at 11:00 & 1:00 for Middle

and High Schoolkids($5 to play). There will be a photo booth with face painting (small fee).

No entry fee –donations of pet toys, food, and money appreciated.

Today, we will be walking the dogs over(on the red carpet) to their new shelter area. The

“Puparazzi” will be taking photos.The reception will include complimentary wine, beer,

sangria and light appetizers.Tickets for the public are $10 pp.




Parking for Saturday & Sunday events will be at the nearby Sebring Airport Authority (follow signs)with a free Annett bus to bring you to the Humane Society.

All funds raised during this weekend will be matched

(up to $25,000) by a local supporter!
