My Legoland Park Florida and Legoland Water Park Review

October 24, 2014
A few days ago, my family and I visited Legoland Park and Legoland Water Park. (My girls (8 years old and 4 years old) were so excited that morning.) I received media passes for this review.

The first ride we went on was the two story carousel. After that we went to "The World of Chima." Oh boy....expect to be drenched. There were signs posted all over the place but apparently neither my husband nor I understand the word "soaked." Once we got off the ride, we experienced "soaked." (I suggest you take extra clothes.) The ride was definitely a lot of fun. But you will get wet. My 4 year old really loved playing in "The Forestmen's Hideout." This multi-level tree and rope climb was an adventure for her. The "Safari Trek" was an educational journey. As my youngest and I experienced the ride, I was able to point out the animals of Africa made with Legos. Be really careful while in "Pharaoh's Revenge." This outdoor attraction allows individuals to fire soft foam balls at others. In "Lego City" the entire family was able to go to "Rescue Academy." Here families compete against each other in either fire or police vehicles. The first family to put out a simulated "blaze" wins.

The Legoland Water Park was just as much fun as the park. Here my girls went swimming in the "Lego Wave Pool." Prior to getting in the pool my husband had told my daughter about the wave pool. She did not know what this was. My oldest experienced her very first wave pool here. :) The "Joker Soaker" was an awesome interactive playground. You must stay away from the 300-gallon bucket of very cold water. ;) The entire family had a lot of fun at the "Build-a-Raft River." Here we were able to design and built our own vessel and float around the lazy river. The "Duplo Splash Safari" area was a hit with both of my girls. This water area offered slides and interactive Duplo creatures. The entire family had a great time!!!!!!
