6th Annual Mason G. Smoak

5K Race and Family Fun Festival

By September 27, 2014 August 25, 2014
The 6th Annual Mason G. Smoak 5K race is a benefit race that supports the Mason G. Smoak Foundation. The Foundation is a faith based organization that supports education, promotes environmental stewardship, and fosters opportunities for leadership development in a manner reflective of Mason’s integrity and character. Last year, it was the second largest race in Highlands County. This year MGSF is partnering with the community to add the 4-H color splash to the race, an optional added portion of the event.
This is not your everyday 5K run; it’s an all out crazy and fun adventure that will leave you looking like a walking piece of art. Run through the “color splash” part of this course and get painted with colored powder! All products are 100% natural and safe. Color powder is a mixture of cornstarch and food color. The Color Splash is dedicated to creating a fun, memorable and colorful experience with your friends and family.
