Petco Halloween "Make a Scene" 2016 Photo Contest began at 12:00 am Pacific Time ("PT") on October 1, 2016. It ends at 11:59 pm PT on October 26, 2016 ("Entry Period"). Entrants are to post to Instagram a photo of their costumed pet(s) in a "scene" that matches their pet(s) costume(s) and tag it #HalloweenTogetherContest.
