The Highlands County Princess Ball 2015

Sponsorship Letter

On September 25th, 2015 Sebring Macaroni Kid and F.C.A. will be having "The Highlands County Princess Ball." The event will be held at the Children's Theatre in Downtown Sebring. This is the 2nd year that Sebring Macaroni Kid offers this event to the community. My reason for continuing to organize this annual event is to provide a special night allowing a daddy or father figure to take his little princess to the Ball. This event will provide a service for the community and for the family in a culture that is very much in need of positive events such as this. 


We are going to charge $20 per couple and $7 each additional person. Sebring Macaroni Kid and F.C.A are hoping to be able to find businesses that will be willing to sponsor the food, photographer, decorations, location, shirts, DJ, and advertising (flyers and tickets). 


To cover the expenses of the event we are having 2 levels of sponsorship. The first will be for $300. This will include your business name (Whatever information will be needed to place your business name on the back of the shirts must be provided by business owner.) on the back of the t-shirts that every girl that attends (If admission is paid by due date.) will receive. In addition, the M.C. will announce the business during the event and we will have a flyer at each table with the businesses’ names. The event and associated businesses will also be advertised through the multiple online media venues. The second level of sponsorship is for $100. The M.C. will announce the business during the event and its name (must be provided) will be posted on the flyer at each table. I will need the money by June 30, 2015. The check may be payable to Fellowship of Christian Athletes a 501c3. Please mail the check to Sebring Macaroni Kid PO BOX 7181 Sebring, Fl. 33872 by the due date.
